Our wine list showcases a wide range of wonderful Clare Valley wines and we also offer some of the greatest Italian wines and beverages if you want a truly authentic Italian experience.

Umbria in the Vines
Umbria in the Vines is a monthly event we have been holding since shortly after we opened.
We partner with a Clare Valley Winery and you are invited to dine with the winemaker, enjoy their wines and we create a special menu to highlight the perfect match between their wines and our food.
It has become a popular event for the locals, as well as visitors, who love sharing an evening conversing with the force behind some of the Clare Valley’s finest wines, eating the Clare Valley’s finest offerings, cooked and served by Rustica’s owners, in a fun and festive atmosphere.
It’s like being in Italy.
